By submitting a paper, authors implicitly agree that at least one of them will register to the conference and present the paper. It is expected that at least one author will register for each accepted paper. Please note that at least one author must have registered by 31st May and present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the submitted paper will not be included in the conference schedule and proceedings, or invited to the special issues.
The Conference proceedings will be published in a special volume of Lecture Notes in Computer Science by Springer.
The Conference aims to provide constructive feedback to authors. Developmental work that is in progress can still be presented but not included in the conference proceedings.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ instructions (enter Papagiannidis, Alamanos, Gupta, Dwivedi, Mäntymäki, Pappas in the Editor's field) and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.
To ensure a double-blind review process make sure that your names and affiliations are NOT listed in the manuscript submitted for review. However, you should include ALL cited references in the submission’s references section to allow reviewers for cross-checking references (including your self-cited own prior work!).
Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form, which can be found here. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made. Please complete the Consent-to-Publish form and send it via email to the conference chairs(email@example.com).
If you or any of the authors are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to our webpage for prices and additional information. We would need the invoicing address and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish forms at the same time as the files for the publication.
